Les huit Béatitudes en stuc sont plus anciennes que la clôture

du choeur (deuxième moitié du 12ème siècle)

Die acht Seligpreisungen aus Stuck sind älter als die Chorschranke (zweite Hälfte des 12.Jhts)

The eight Beatitudes in stucco are older than the choir screen

(second half of the 12th century)

Les sculptures furent fortement endommagées lors de la destruction de l'église en 1945. Seules deux statues ont pu être refaites avec leur tête d'origine

Die Plastiken wurden bei der Zerstörung der Kirche bei Kriegsende zum Teil stark beschädigt . Nur auf zwei Figuren konnten beim Wiederaufbau die Originalköpfe wieder aufgesetzt werden

Some of the sculptures werse severely damaged during the destruction of the church at the end of the war. Only two figures were able to have their original heads put back on during the reconstruction

Sur les banderoles des femmes, on pouvait encore lire les Béatitudes du Sermon sur la montagne jusqu'au milieu du 19ème siècle (de saint Mathieu)

Auf den Spruchbändern der Frauen waren bis zur Mitte des 19.Jhts  noch die Seligpreisungen aus dem Bergpredigt zu lesen
