L'autel baroque fut commandé en 1711 par la doyenne et future abbesse Marie Elisabeth de Mecklembourg pour le haut choeur de la collégiale. Il fut transféré dans l'église Saint-Georges en 1848

Der Barockaltar wurde 1711 von der Dechantin und späteren Äbtissin Maria Elisabeth von Mecklenburg für den hohen Chor der Stiftskirche in Auftrag gegeben. Er wurde 1848 in die St. Georgskirche gebracht

The Baroque altar was commissioned in 1711 by the deaconess and later abbess Maria Elisabeth von Mecklenburg for the high choir of the collegiate church. It was moved to the St. George's Church in 1848
